Important Notes
- Visas are required for Zimbabwe and must be obtained upon arrival for $30 USD per person.
- Passports must be valid for 6 months from the date of departure from Africa and must have at least 2 adjacent blank pages in the visa section
- Currency: USD is accepted in country, as long as the notes/bills are newer than 2016 and are in good condition.
- Anti-Malaria medication is recommended - or at the very least, diligent use of mosquito repellent
- Travel Insurance - Emergency medical evacuation insurance is obligatory – please let us know if we can provide quotations or information. Insurance to cover the cost of your trip is recommended.
- Luggage weight on Light Aircraft Flights is not to exceed 20 kg (44 lbs) in Southern Africa. Only soft bags will be accepted – no frames or rigid structures. Wheels are permitted only if not part of a solid frame or rigid structure. Maximum dimensions are 10 in x 12 in x 24 in.

- In order to confirm your trip, we will require a completed Travel Reservation & Information form and Travel Participation Agreement for each traveler.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is due to confirm your booking.
- Payment of final balance is due 60-90 days prior to booking dates, as required by our partners in Africa.
