Located in the far north of the Maldvies in the Noonu Atoll, Sun Siyam Iru Fushi has over 200 villas (so it's a little larger than we normally like).
We love it however for its family friendly facilities alongside all the Maldives essentials (White Sand beaches, turquoise lagoon, great snorkelling and so on).
The journey to the resort is by sea plane from Male, a scenic 45 minute flight over the Maldivian islands.
Choose from Beach Villas, Beach Pool Villas, Over Water Villas and Retreats - with accommodation for families with up to 3 children (or 6 people in total in the Two Bedroom Retreats).
The Kid's Club is fantastic and means that if the grown ups want to snorkel, dine or spa alone, the kids are being entertained and no doubt making new friends.
