TANZANIA - ADVENTURE-calving season

Discover the breathtaking wonders of Tanzania as you embark on an unforgettable journey through some of Africa's most iconic landscapes. Begin your adventure just outside Arusha at the foot of Mount Meru and not far from the majestic Kilimanjaro.  We will have a wonderful cultural activity at the impressive Engaruka English Medium Primary (EEMP) School Project before crossing over to the fertile coffee plantation area of Karatu - a great springboard to descend into the awe-inspiring Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can witness a thriving ecosystem teeming with life. Finally, experience the legendary Serengeti National Park, home to the world-famous Great Migration and an abundance of majestic wildlife. This is your opportunity to explore the heart of Tanzania's natural beauty and encounter its extraordinary wildlife up close.

This itinerary is set up for a Jan.-March adventure program in the Southern/Central Serengeti where the migration will be and the Wildebeest calving season which is late Jan. to mid March.
