Short itinerary:

• MON : Motorised canoe ride to lodge from Coca City. After lunch trek through the forest to Sapococha Lagoon, spotting wildlife along the way.
• TUE : A morning trek on the Capibara adventure Trail through swampland. In the afternoon learn how to use a blow-gun, and piranha fishing.
• WED : In the morning learn about medicinal plants on the Dos Ramas Trail. An afternoon trip to the bird watching canopy tower.
• THU : Visit the Kichwas del Oriente community to learn their traditions and customs. Afternoon forest trek on the Guatusos Trail.
• FRI : Early check-out, and motorized canoe back to Coca city.
