Adventure Awaits: A Journey Through Botswana
Your journey begins on 1st June, touching down at Victoria Falls Airport before slipping straight into safari mode. From the wild waterways of the Okavango Delta to the predator-rich plains of Botswana’s private reserves, this adventure blends iconic destinations with seamless transitions and a boutique feel for just eight guests — all personally led by Ruth Ellen, Owner of Ramblin with Ruth, whose passion and safari experience bring an added depth to every moment.
The adventure opens with two nights at Victoria Falls Safari lodge, where the Zambezi’s charm sets the tone for your safari. You’ll then journey by road into Chobe National Park, settling into Muchenje Lodge for two nights, perfectly placed for elephant encounters on the Chobe River.
Next, a short flight carries you to Khwai Community Concession for three nights at Sango Safari Camp. This intimate camp puts you right at the heart of the Delta’s action, with superb game drives and the possibility of mokoro excursions.
From there, you fly deeper into the Okavango to the Kwara Private Reserve for an immersive four-night stay at 4 Rivers. Here, predator sightings are legendary, and the mix of land- and water-based activities ensures unforgettable variety—lions on the move, leopards draped in trees, and wild dogs on the hunt.
The grand finale brings you to Maun, where a smooth connection onto your flight to Johannesburg lines you up for your international journey home, safari stories in tow.
With soulful camps, exclusive vehicles at key stops, and the insight and leadership of Ruth Ellen, this itinerary is designed to maximize both wildlife drama and unhurried moments of safari magic.
