This 8 night tailor-made safari allows you to truly experience northern Tanzania. On our Timeless Tanzania itinerary, you'll stay in lodges and camps which are amongst the best of their type. This makes this an ideal treat for a landmark anniversary or honeymoon vacation, even for a special birthday. The main safari takes you from game-rich Tarangire to the shores of Lake Manyara. Then you head for a relaxing 2 nights in the Ngorongoro highlands with a day in the Ngorongoro crater and then travel on to the Serengeti National Park to experience its wide spaces and teeming herds of wildlife.
It is a drive-in and fly-out safari to give you the best of all worlds. You get to see the countryside without the stop-start of flying. But you end with a convenient flight back to Arusha.
We strongly recommend that you round off the experience with a few nights on the unspoilt beaches of eastern Zanzibar.
It is a tailor-made safari so you can add nights where you wish. And even change accommodation. For example, depending on your time of travel, we may decide to change the Serengeti camp to be close to the Great Migration. You could also decide to add a few nights in Zanzibar.
