Brief itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive in Quito and transfer to the colonial quarters for overnight.
Day 2: Explore Quito colonial quarters by foot and later enjoy a chocolate-making master class. Overnight in Quito´s colonial Quarters.
Day 3 to 5: Depart to the Central Andes for a three-day stay at Cotopaxi Sanctuary Lodge. During your stay, you can Horseback riding, and hiking in the moorlands, and visit Cotopaxi National Park or even Quilotoa Crater Lake.
Day 5 Time to explore the property or pay a visit to the Cotopaxi National Park before leaving for Quito. Spend the night near the airport
Day 6: Transfer to the airport on time for your departing flight.

Important: This itinerary operates at a high altitude (above 13,200 ft). During the first days, the itinerary is designed to allow you enough time to acclimatize before engaging in altitude. Gradually ascending to higher altitudes and taking rest days is crucial to minimize the risk of altitude sickness, however, every person reacts differently to altitude. Also, ensure that you are in good physical condition before attempting activities at high altitudes.
