Please remember safari lodges are not large establishments with 100’s of rooms and flights to these regions are limited, hence the need for early deposits to avoid disappointment.

20% deposit to secure your space no later than  120 days before arrival. 
Outstanding Balance Due: 
80% balance of payment is due 90 days (3 months) prior to travel

Scheduled Shared Flights:

• Total baggage allowance is 15kg( 34 pounds) checked luggage and 7 kgs ( 15 pounds) hand luggage_ per passenger in soft-sided luggage.
• Flights may have stops en-route.
• A minimum of 2 guests per route is required. A single traveller will need to pay for an additional seat.
• Scheduled flight times may change: updates will be provided accordingly.
• Flight rates are subject to change and availability at the time of booking.

Accommodation price fluctuations due to availability or room category upgrades. 

Any additional costs incurred for private charter due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Any items of personal expense – i.e. drinks, curio shop, telephone calls, conservation fees, park entrance fees etc. not specified above

Any items not mentioned under inclusions. 

Gratuities are not included. ( Budget approx U$ 20 per guest per day for your safari ranger/ dedicated to your journey and U$ 20 per guest per day,  for your general staff at each of the safari camps and hotels)

Health requirements: Anti-malaria precautions are essential.

and  If by any chance you are travelling via Kenya( ie Qatar airlines cancels their route, and we use Kenyan airways via Nairobi, then you will require a yellow fever certificate, that was done no later than 10 days prior to travel)

Travel insurance is required and must be purchased prior to travel.
Medical Insurance

Excess baggage on domestic flights. 

Guests' passports must have at least 6 blank pages and be valid for 6 months post-travel date.
