Kenya Chyulu Hills & Maasai Mara Safari

Day 1:
You will be met on arrival as you descend the aircraft steps by a representative, who will assist you with fast track immigration, baggage collection and customs formalities. You will then be escorted through to the arrivals lounge where you will be met by your driver and waiting private vehicle which will transfer you to The Norfolk for your overnight arrangements on a room & breakfast basis in 2 Deluxe Interconnecting Rooms.

Day 2:
After an early breakfast; during which you may be lucky enough to have a giraffe join you through the windows, you will be transferred to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport to the scheduled flight to Chyulu Hills. The flight departs Nairobi at 7:30 and arrives into Chyulu Hills at 8:20 (NOTE: Luggage allowance is strictly 15 kilograms per person in soft sided bags).

On arrival at Chyulu Hills Airstrip, you will be met by an open sided 4x4 vehicle and driver from Ol Donyo Lodge who will transfer you to the lodge for your overnight arrangements in a Pool Cottage on a full board basis. The pool cottage comprises 1 large bedroom, 1 large bathroom & a large living area which leads on to the private pool.

Day 3:
Today you will have a full day of activities at Ol Donyo, which you can take at your own pace to allow you to ease into the African climate and Mother Nature’s lifestyle. The activities that you can enjoy at Ol Donyo include: game drives in an open sided 4x4 vehicle, guided game walks, bush meals and sundowners in surprise locations in the bush. Your overnight arrangement will be at Ol Donyo Lodge in a Pool Cottage.

Day 4:
This morning, once you have finished breakfast, you will be driven to the Chyulu Hills Airstrip to connect with the scheduled flight to Nairobi Wilson Airport; this flight departs Chyulu Hills at 08:30 and arrives into Nairobi at 09:50.

On arrival into Nairobi, you will connect with your scheduled flight to Mara North Airstrip, departing at 10:00 and arriving into the Maasai Mara at 11:00. On arrival at Mara North Airstrip, you will be met by a driver and an open sided 4x4 vehicle from Serian Camp. You will be transferred to the camp, enjoying game viewing en route arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, you will enjoy game activities within the Maasai Mara, returning in the late afternoon/early evening to the Serian Camp for your overnight arrangements on a full board basis in a Family Tent.

Day 5,6,7& 8
Today you will embark upon a full day of game activities within the Maasai Mara. This can include: game drives in a private open sided 4x4 vehicle, guided bush walks, bush meals, sundowners, river fishing & picnics. Your overnight arrangements will be at Serian Camp in a Family Tent on a full board basis.

Day 9:
After breakfast at Serian Camp, you will be transferred to Mara North Airstrip to connect with your scheduled flight to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport, departing at 11:00 and arriving into Nairobi at 12:15. On arrival into Nairobi you will be met by your driver and closed sided vehicle for transfer to the Ole Sereni Hotel for use of dayrooms until 18:00. At 18:00 you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward international arrangements.
