African Penguins are facing a race against time. Their population has collapsed by an alarming 99%, leaving fewer than 9,000 breeding pairs in the wild. Now classified as Critically Endangered, these iconic seabirds could disappear from our shores by 2035. Food shortages, climate change, predation, oil pollution and underwater noise are pushing them closer to extinction—and their struggle reflects the growing crisis in our oceans.

As an adoptee, you can name your penguin, (PLEASE SEND YOUR PENGUINS NAME TO US UPON CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING) and receive a personalised certificate which you can collect at the congress.
