• Dinner in Nairobi on arrival day and lunch and dinner in Nairobi on departure day.
• Items of a personal nature, telephone, fax, etc.
• Extra activity options will be payable direct.
• Entrance fees for any places you may decide to visit that are not included as part of your itinerary.
• Tips for staff - allow up to $30 USD per guest per day while on Safari.
• Premium branded drinks and champagne, cognacs, cellar wines, cigars and cigarettes.
• Any increase due to fuel surcharges, VAT increases, park or conservancy fee increases, and fluctuation in the foreign exchange rate.
• Any costs due to excess luggage will be payable direct. Please pack light in SOFT medium duffel bag with no wheels. Maximum weight is 15 kg or 33 lbs – including hand luggage.

• Passport fees - *Note that passports must be valid for 6 months beyond travel date.
• Kenya visa fee of $50 per person.
