THE WEEK PRIOR TO TRAVEL

Please ensure you have taken the time to read and familiarise yourself with all of your documents and arrangements. 

48-24 HOURS PRIOR TO TRAVEL

Although reconfirmation of your flights is not compulsory it is recommended that you contact the airline the day prior to  ensure that your flight times have not changed. You may contact airlines via phone or via the airline website, where on-line check in may also be available, 48-24 hours before departure, for your convenience. Airline booking reference is SINGAPORE AIRLINES - 5P7PGP

DEPARTURE DAY MONDAY 10 APRIL 

It is recommended to check in for your flights at least 3 hours prior to your flight departure time, to allow for extended check in requirements. Please present your documents at check-in. You will be presented with your boarding passes. Please proceed to the immigration and customs area.

Please note that you can’t carry any liquid more than 100ml per item through the international security check; this includes drinks, perfume, lip gloss, hand sanitizer etc.

11 to 15APR -  4 nights' Accommodation in New York City staying at  HOTEL EDISON 

WED 12 APR BOROUGHS OF NYC: HARLEM, BRONX, QUEENS, BROOKLY & CONEY ISLAND - 8.30AM 

THU 13 APR NEW YORK IN ONE DAY GUIDED SIGHTSEEING TOUR - 10AM - GLASS TOP-OPEN TOP BUS 

FRI 14 APR SKIP THE LINE - NYC ONE WORLD OBSERVATORY GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET - 10.00AM and 

CENTRAL PARK PEDICAB GUIDED TOUR  2HRS - 2.30PM 

SAT15 APR - Make your way from your accommodation to the port 

15 to 30 APR - Cruise Norwegian Gem Transatlantic, New York to Civitavecchia, Rome (15 nights )

SUN 30 APR On arrival into Civitavecchia you will be required to disembark the ship and then embark for the next cruise to go through check in protocol. You will not have to pack up your room or take luggage. 

30 APR to 07 MAY - Cruise Norwegian Gem Mediterranean, Italy, Greece and Croatia to Venice Rome (7 nights ) 

SUN 07 MAY - Transfer from the port with Norwegian cruise line to  Venice airport - booked and confirmed  with NCL

KL 1656  depart Venice Marco Polo Airport 4:55pm/arrive Amsterdam International Airport Schiphol 6:55pm

Transfer Airport to Hotel - private transfer - please refer to voucher for full details 

07 to 10 MAY - Accommodation in Amsterdam staying at KIMPTON DE WITT (3nights)

TUE 9 MAY Amsterdam Canal Cruise  -please refer to voucher for full details 

WED 10 MAY - Today at 2pm you will be transferred from your hotel to your River cruise by an Amstour representative. 

10 to 24 MAY - Cruise APT Magnificent Europe River Cruise, Amsterdam to Budapest (14 nights) 

WED 24 MAY You will be transferred from your Cruise ship to the Airport. Your Cruise Director will inform you of your transfer time, prior to disembarkation.

24 MAY depart Budapest 11:10am/arrive Frankfurt 12:55pm - economy class / depart Frankfurt 11:00pm

On arrival to Frankfurt you will make your way to the Primeclass Lounge in Terminal 2. This new airport lounge is located in Concourse E of Terminal 2 behind the passport check.  

FRANKFURT LOUNGE PASSES - 2.30PM & 5.30PM ENTRY - TERMINAL 2 

TRANSFER BETWEEN TERMINALS Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are adjacent each other and connected through a couple of means of transportation: Skyline monorail - Skyline is free of use and departs every 2-3 minutes from both public and transit area.  Shuttle buses - Free shuttle buses depart every 10 minutes from 05:30 to 23:30.

25MAY arrive Singapore 4:25pm - premium economy class /  depart Singapore 11:10pm

26MAY arrive Adelaide 7:25am economy class with exit row seat
