Our 8 day itinerary combined two of Kenya’s most iconic wildlife wildernesses: Samburu and the Masai Mara. We were delighted by unending views of pristine panoramas, from the teeming plains of the Masai Mara, to the rugged Samburu landscape.
We also discovered two of Africa’s most authentic and fascinating tribes – the Masai and Samburu, and learnt firsthand about their ancient customs and local knowledge.
The highlight, as always, was encountering Africa’s classic and diverse wildlife up close in their natural habitat, from the superabundant Masai Mara, to some rare species only found in Samburu.
