This time of year the great wildebeest migration is located in the central Serengeti area with the massive herds grazing on grass plains and predators always abound.

Iconic sights you see along the way are like a roll call - Arusha National Park (lesser known, hugely rewarding as your first experience), Tarangire National Park (famous for its landscapes and elephant population not to mention tree climbing lions of Tanzania), Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti and Lake Manyara.
