The price of this itinerary on a per person sharing basis.

• USD 3,450 per person sharing for the 8 days and 7 nights land package
• USD 150 per single room (*)
• USD 210 per extra "personal" porter (**)

This itinerary will be invoiced in USD and a Euro conversion will be applied at the rate of exchange of the day.  At the time of updating this program the USD 1.00 is EUR 0.8640 approximately which translates to EUR 2,980 per person approximately.

Flights will be booked individually upon registration to meet individual wishes.

(*) note that the single room only applies to accommodation before and after the actual climb - there is no option for single accommodation on the mountain

(**) an extra porter can be shared between 2 and would be the ideal escort for anyone having substantial photographic equipment - this fee includes the porter fees and the "expected" tips

Includes:

• All accommodation as listed on full board basis
• All transfers indicated in the itinerary based on safari vehicles and separate luggage van or trailer if needed
• Accommodation on the Kilimanjaro is in shared Mountain Cabins (no single accommodation available)
• Conservation fees and mountain rescue fees
• Mountain service crew consisting of a Head Guide, a Camp Manager, Climbing Guides to a 1 to 3 ratio, a Cook, a Cook Assistant, Portered Assistance for Summit Climb
• All water, coffees, and teas during the whole stay
• A 60 minute massage on the last day ... perfect after the trekking
• Quality menus on the mountain
• TBasic tips to guides and porters (one is obviously always welcome to tip extra, but the classic tips have been included)
• Our team is fully equipped for any emergency needs including oxygen tanks, regulators, and hyperbaric chambers
• Travel Assistance Insurance, as well as the AMREF flying doctors, cover for rescue and evacuation!!!
• A Covid test taken locally prior to the return journey home (to be confirmed)

Excludes:

• International flights (will be quoted separately to meet individual routing and class preferences)
• Visas fees - USD 50 per person for American and European citizens if applied for on arrival and slightly more if applied for online
• Drinks other than mineral water, coffee, and tea
• Tips in general (except those for porters which have been included)
• Any cancellation travel insurance (except for a basic travel assistance package and flying doctors which has been included)
• Any Covid related testing before the journey
   
• Optional extensions for safari to the Ngorongoro and Southern Serengeti will be offered as a separate itinerary on request.
