This 4 night/5 day gorilla trekking safari will give you glimpse into the lives of the people of Rwanda. But the highlight is a trek to see the mountain gorillas. Your first day is in Kigali. Here you can absorb the culture and history of Rwanda and prepare for the gorilla trekking tour. On the second day you spend the morning on a city tour which includes the Genocide Museum . Then you head to Ruhengeri, the base for gorilla trekking at the Parc National des Volcans. (This is also known as the Volcanoes National park). The third day is the Gorilla trek. Return to Kigali on the forth day for your final night.
