Thank you for booking with Argyle Travel and Cruise. I am delighted to provide your travel details.

When you first sign into the app, you'll be asked for your name, email and a password.  Your password is xxxxxx. Your itinerary and associated travel documents are available via the App, even when your phone is offline, so it’s also an ideal way to take your itinerary on holiday with you.

Without obligation, at quotation stage I generally always hold reservations where I can. This is to avoid disappointment with possible changes in availability when the client comes back to book. By holding what is available it can guarantee if payment is made as required, the client will obtain the costs quoted – not have to pay a higher cost again. This system also allows for me to provide best service for my clients. 

The best way to view all of the details for your travel itinerary and package quoted is to either ensure that you go into each tab to include all of the accommodation, flights, car hire and sightseeing instructions that I have noted for your trip. Alternatively, you can view and/or print out the itinerary titled xxxx in the documents tab as this will show all details in chronological order for your convenience.

If you would like to secure on the following option currently held, deposit is due by return .   If you are not ready to book and pay, then simply use these details as an estimate and an actual quote and it’s subject to availability when you do book. 

Amendments to your names may incur fees and may affect the confirmation or availability of your travel. Please advise any updates without delay.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Non refundable deposit to secure your package, xxx

Alternatively, if you’d like to make some adjustments to the plan, we’re happy to assist. In order to proceed with further consultation or quotation, we require the payment of your $200 per person non refundable deposit to Argyle Travel, to instigate. This deposit creates a commitment between both parties and you can be assured of my full attention to your holiday plans. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance payable. On confirmation of your itinerary items we will advise progressive payments as required.

To proceed with your booking, please complete our customer acceptance form  available at www.argyletravel.com.au/customer-acceptance to acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions and professional service fees.

The cancellation fees applicable for your accommodation and touring need at least 48 hours notice, and remain subject to any fees on refund, as per Argyle Travel and Cruise terms and conditions.

WHAT DO I DO NOW?

• Please let me know if this suits you and if you wish to proceed with a reservation, please remit the payment required.
• Otherwise, please advise of your alternative considerations and any questions and make payment of the standard deposit.
• At the time of booking/further quotation request, please confirm in writing, the full names, as per passport of all travelers.
• At the time of booking, please complete and return the travel insurance application form to apply for your included cover.

MODES OF PAYMENT

You may make your payments via direct deposit to our account, or via credit card, with surcharge applicable in addition.

BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS ARE ANZ NARACOORTE, ARGYLE TRAVEL AND CRUISE TRUST ACCOUNT, BSB - 015 670, ACCOUNT NO 2993 03902. Please use your surname as reference for internet payments or your phone number for branch transactions.

It is imperative, that you (scan or cut and paste or photo) EMAIL OR TEXT a COPY of the deposit receipt to our office ON THE SAME DAY that your payment is processed to ensure that your booking meets payment and any ticketing deadlines. Payments are unable to be considered as received until the actual copy of the deposit receipt is received to our office or the money shows into our bank account (which can take a number of days, especially between different banks). Please see payment details in the attachments above.
