Price without flights:

Terms of payment (per person):
- Upon registration-a nonrefundable $200 deposit per person is due. If the tour does not materialize we will refund the deposit.
- Upon Tour confirmation– Further $1,000 due (non refundable)
- Second payment November 5th, 2025 – 60% of remaining cost
- Balance due: December 20th, 2025
Cancellation:
- Deposit – $1200 non refundable
- From November 5th until December 20th, 2025 – 50% cancellation fee
- December 21st until January 7th-80% cancellation fee
- January 8th to departure-no refund 100% cancellation fee

Travel insurance is a must-have! It is imperative that you take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy that covers you the entire time you are away from home. Your policy should cover the following:
