This itinerary features a wonderful series of wildlife adventures that include some of the best that Baja has to offer in the late January to mid-March timeframe: engaging with gray whales, swimming with whale sharks, playing with sea lions puppies, observing Blue-footed Booby and Magnificent Frigatebird rookeries, and doing all this while kayaking, paddle boarding, and more! In these pages you'll find a suggested day-by-day itinerary, an accompanying route map, and general information about traveling in Mexico including the entry process, electrical and plug standards, internet access, currency details, tipping guidelines, and information on meals, accommodations and, of course, the adventures. We very much hope to welcome you here to explore the wild, pristine beauty that is the Baja peninsula.
