• Accommodations: While we aim to secure the specific properties mentioned, final accommodations may be substituted with alternate options of equal standard and luxury, based on availability at the time of booking.
• Travel Dates, Changes, and Additional Costs: This package is valid for travel within 12 months of the associated Event, provided there are no changes, additions, or upgrades. A minimum planning period of six months is required to ensure availability at the desired accommodations and with airline partners.
• Holiday Travel Surcharge: Please note that travel during peak holiday periods — specifically between December 23rd and January 2nd — will incur a supplemental surcharge.
• Guests are welcome to customize their itinerary, adjust travel dates, or select upgraded experiences. However, any modifications or travel outside the stated parameters may result in additional costs.
