Share:

Introduction

The Californian Condor Road Trip is a classic loop beginning and ending in San Francisco. From the Golden Gate Bridge it ventures east towards the mighty Sierra Mountains, with plentiful biking and hiking opportunities along the way before heading north to Lake Tahoe and Mt. Shasta where boating and fishing offer refreshing ways to spend each day.  Then back west through the Lassen National Forest and over the dramatic coastal range to the fabled Lost Coast before turning south along Northern California's stunning  pacific coastline. Volcanoes, lakes, beaches, waves, mountains and rivers, this dreamy loop has it all. Accommodations range from campgrounds to luxurious private coastal ranches.
