Thank you for your interest in traveling with Trek Safaris on our dove hunt in Cordoba, Argentina to Guayascate Lodge. This itinerary offers you either three full or four full and two half days of shooting based on the itinerary is this planner.

Guayascate boasts 18,000 square feet of pure luxury with ten expertly appointed rooms. The Lodge allows for group sizes to be small and intimate with singles or grow as large as twenty hunters with a two guest per room configuration. The lodge features a Spa with an infinity swimming pool, two large, heated Jacuzzi’s (inside and outside), a complete weight room and massage therapy to soothe those tired muscles after a day on the shooting fields. The Lodge staff has been trained to cater to your every need. Here everybody knows your name and how important you are. Our reputation is founded on customer satisfaction and having you back is as important as having you here.

The lodge sits on over 1,500 acres of the best crop rotations and roosting areas in Cordoba, giving a whole new meaning to hunting near the lodge. You will watch in awe as wave after wave of Eared Dove pass over your balcony. In addition to this property, Guayascate has an inventory of nearly a thousand square miles of available hunting lands assuring that every customer will have the ultimate Wingshooting experience.

A typical shooting day at Guayascate starts after a sumptuous breakfast, with departure to the fields by 8 AM. The shooting fields are carefully rotated and rested to assure maximum bird numbers. The drive to the fields are made more comfortabel in our luxury 20 passenger van with air conditioning, refreshments and two-way radios. Each client shoots with their own experienced professional bird boy, who will act as a loader, retrieve downed birds and keep cool drinks ready. Shooting continues until noon, when the group gathers in a shady grove of trees, a casita build especially for field lunches or you may head back to the lodge for a traditional Argentine asado (barbecue) complemented with salads, gourmet desserts and fantastic wines. After lunch and an optional siesta, the shoot continues until approximately 6 PM. Upon returning to the lodge, relax with drinks and hearty hors d’oeuvres while preparing for dinner.
