Zambia is blessed with one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World, The Victoria Falls, and some of Southern Africa’s finest national parks. These include North and South Luangwa, Lower Zambezi and Kafue as well as some lesser known gems such as Liuwa Plains, Bangweulu Wetlands and Kasanka National Park.
These parks offer a variety of different habitats attracting many different species of mammals, birds and reptiles. Typical Safari Activities in these parks include Walking Safaris (Zambia is the home of walking safaris, with Norman Carr having started these over 50 years ago in order for guests to get closer to the bush and feel, hear, touch as well as seeing it), game drives (including night drives to discover many nocturnal animals), cultural village and school experiences, fishing, sunrise and sunset boat cruises and canoe safaris.
