A planning fee will be charged for initial itinerary prepared after one hour free consult. The planning fee will be applied to the final tour payment.

• Activities, National park fees, Entrance fees where applicable for sightseeing excursions specified
• English Speaking tour & safari guides

• Safariline Travel Bag for packing on lite aircraft flights

Excludes:

• International airfare or airport taxes, quoted separately
• Items of a personal nature, telephone calls, room service,  International/French Champagne,  personal purchases, optional extra activities,
• Pre and post tour transfers,accommodation or flights. 
• Gratuities to tour guides, drivers and restaurant staff for services rendered.
• Compulsory Travelers insurance and cancellation protection. 
• Tourist visas if necessary (Zimbabwe - $30)
• Any new Government taxes, levies, fuel or industry increases that are beyond our control
• Any other services not specified above.
