15 Days Luxury Journey with Private Guided Sight-Seeing in Cape Town and Pretoria
Looking for a tour that combines the Essence of South Africa with the world-famous Victoria Falls and an unforgettable journey on the Blue Train? Our 15 day exquisite tour combines all of that and more. Your adventure starts with a safari at one of Kruger Park's private big five wildlife reserves. Then you will head straight to Cape Town to experience the Mother City, Table Mountain, Cape Point, the Winelands and some leisure activity before you will board the luxurious Blue Train to Pretoria. Touring Soweto with a visit to the Apartheids Museum will give you an insight into South Africa's diverse history. You will finish off with a two night stay at the Victoria Falls with guided activities and a Zambezi Sundowner Cruise. Enjoy!
This Tour can be tailored to your specific needs and is also available in a reverse direction. Tour can be extended to Botswana and Namibia.
Tour Format:
We will prearrange all transfers, accommodation, local flights and private guided sight-seeing tours. After each flight and train journey you will be met by one of our representatives. Your local Trains Safaris travel specialist is only a phone call away should you need any assistance with your arrangements.
Transfers: All airport, hotel and station transfers are on a private basis (except for the Kapama airport transfer and Victoria Falls activity transfers which both may be shared with other guests).
Guided Sight-Seeing Tours in Cape Town and Pretoria are on a private basis led by a registered English speaking guide. The tour of the Falls and the Zambezi River Cruise are shared with other guests.
Accommodation: Accommodation is in 5 Star properties.
Safari: The game viewing excursions at the safari lodge in the Kruger National Park region are conducted in open safari vehicles in the morning and late afternoon. Guided bush walks are also available.

SURCHARGES
Upgrade to Luxury Suite: R10'525 surcharge per person sharing if you upgrade from a de luxe to a luxury suite on the Blue Train (add 50% for single accommodation).
Season Surcharge: Blue Train departures from 1 September until 15 November 2025 carry a surcharge of R8'515 per person in a Deluxe Suite and R10'280 per person in a Luxury Suite (add 50% to these amounts for single accommodation).
