St Lucia is found in the northeastern part of KwaZulu Natal, offering a tropical climate and warm oceans all year round. The town lies in the heart of unspoilt beauty with plenty of wildlife. St Lucia is surrounded by an estuary, homing various ecosystems, including swamps, coral reefs, beaches and woodlands. The popular Crocodile Centre features a breeding program for two endangered species - the dwarf and long-snout crocodile. Here, hippo and croc cruises are on offer, providing guests with a chance to view these animals up close. The Hluhluwe Game Reserve nearby offers unique guided drives in and around the area.

The region boasts many noteworthy attractions, including the mesmerizing Valley of Heaven and the Hlane Royal National Park, noted for its rhinos, antelopes and lions. Wildlife watching, river rafting, mountain biking, and hiking are excellent activities visitors can enjoy on the scenic trails that traverse the mountainous terrain.

Hazyview is a subtropical farming settlement in Mpumalanga, South Africa, renowned for its significant banana and macadamia nut production industry. Located on the Kruger National Park border, the town's name derives from a shimmering haze that occurs during the hot summers. Known as Mpumalanga's "Adventure Hub", the town offers many adventurous activities, ranging from Hot Air Balloon tours to elephant rides. It is also home to many delightful restaurants and pubs offering excellent food and wine. Days 5 - 7

Hoedspruit is located in the Mopani region of the Limpopo Province. It is one of the top eco-tourism hotspots in the country, with incredible game lodges and private reserves. The Kruger National Park neighbours Hoedspruit, making it a spectacular destination for wildlife enthusiasts. Hoedspruit is also home to the Daktari Bush School & Wildlife Orphanage, which educates and inspires children to value their environment. Volunteers teach lessons and guide the children in caring for the animals. This region offers so much in terms of wildlife and education that it's hard not to get caught up in the beauty of it all.
