Okavango Panhandle

The Okavango Panhandle in Botswana is the main water source for the Okavango Delta. It is a 70 km stretch of the river that starts where it enters Botswana and ends in the Delta. To the west of the Panhandle is a rocky outcrop called Tsodilo Hills, an area with fascinating cave paintings and hiking trails. The area is perfect for catching Tigerfish and bream due to the deep and fast-flowing river. There are 17 species of fish in the area. Bird watching is also excellent in the region's tall, shady riverine forests, where you can see both resident and migratory birds.

Boteti River

The Boteti River is a natural watercourse located on the western boundary of the Makgadikgadi National Park in Botswana. The river is situated on the outskirts of Khumaga Village and is easily accessible from Maun, Nata, or the Khama Rhino Sanctuary. Situated on the banks of the Khwai River near the famous Okavango swamp, the village of Khwai is set in the North-West District of Botswana. The village fringes the magnificent Moremi Game Reserve which is known for its incredible array of wildlife. It serves as a gateway to the reserve as it is set just outside the North Gate. of Moremi. Khwai provides an excellent base from which to explore the spectacularly scenic surrounding area. It is to be home to some of Botswana's most beautiful landscapes which feature vast grass plains, a patchwork of lagoons, shallow pans and lush woodland forests. Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

Days 11 - 13

Victoria Falls is an awe-inspiring sight of beauty located on the Zambezi River, serving as the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. The massive basalt cliffs over which the falls thunder transform the Zambezi from a calm river into rapids that carve their way through dramatic gorges. The falls have been designated as a National Park and World Heritage Site, and they are also one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Visitors can enjoy activities such as swimming, bungee jumping, and zip-lining at the falls.
