Situated in northern India’s Uttarakhand State, Jim Corbett National Park forms part of the larger Corbett Tiger Reserve and is the oldest national park in India. This forested wildlife sanctuary is known for its rich variety of fauna and flora. Established in 1936 to protect the endangered Bengal tiger, the park is an ecotourism destination which offers visitors exhilarating wildlife safaris, rich biodiversity and breath-taking landscapes. It is home to an abundance of wildlife including: 110 kinds of trees, 50 species of mammals, 25 species of reptiles as well as over 600 species of birds such as the crested serpent eagle, blossom-headed parakeet and the red junglefowl. Visitors can enjoy several activities including jungle safaris, bird watching, trekking and fishing.

Located in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, Rajaji National Park is a remarkable wildlife reserve at the foothills of the Shivalik range and the Himalayas. Covering over 800 square kilometres, the park is named after Indian statesman C. Rajagopalachari. It is renowned for its rich biodiversity, featuring elephants, tigers, leopards, deer, and more than 300 species of birds, making it a popular destination for wildlife enthusiasts and birdwatchers. The landscape features a mix of dense forests, grasslands, and river habitats. The Ganga and Song rivers flow through the park, contributing to its ecological diversity. Rajaji National Park offers jeep safaris and eco-tourism activities, giving visitors the opportunity to experience the natural beauty and wildlife of northern India in an unspoilt environment.
