Motor enthusiasts will have a field day at Stuttgart’s Porsche and Mercedes Benz museums, dedicated to the history of these legendary automobiles and home to superb vintage car collections. The city’s historic train station, with an iconic Mercedes Benz sign topping its 12-storey tower, offers fantastic views of the city from its upper deck. Directly in front of it is Stuttgart’s main road, the Koning Strasse, lined with high-end department stores and designer boutiques that offer the city’s finest shopping.
