Upon your arrival at Mfuwe Airport, you'll be warmly greeted by a friendly and professional Kafunta driver, who will be readily identifiable by their branded attire. As you embark on your journey to Kafunta River Lodge, your driver will ensure your comfort and attend to any questions you may have regarding your upcoming stay.

The drive from Mfuwe Airport to Kafunta River Lodge is an adventure in itself, offering you an initial glimpse into the vibrant and diverse environment that characterizes Zambia's South Luangwa National Park. As you traverse the picturesque landscape, you may catch sight of local wildlife, such as elephants, antelopes, or various bird species, even before reaching the lodge.
