Day 1: Zagreb

Day 2: Zagreb

Today You will enjoy a tour using a Segway while reveling in the beauty of Zagreb.

During your tour you will visit the main square - Ban Jelacic Square, stroll through the center (Downtown) and proceed to Uptown. You will also see the Cathedral, St. Mark’s Church and House of Parliament, Stone Doors and Croatian National Theater and many other significant sights.

Day 3: Plitvice Lakes National Park

Morning at your leisure in Zagreb.

In the afternoon, private transfer to Plitvice National park. (2 hour drive).

Day 4: Plitvice Lakes National Park

You will meet your personal  guide in Korana village at the doorstep of Plitvice Lakes National Park. After providing you with the equipment and giving you short safety instructions, you will start the excursion. Cycling/biking, relaxing and enjoying the scenery are a part of this trip. The trip ends in Korana village.

Day 5: Zadar

This morning you are met and transferred to Zadar.  You will not need a guide in this small, dynamic, friendly and entertaining city.  There is so much to see and do here.  Please check our expert tips or talk with your Adventure consultant on some of the many options for exploring Zadar.

Day 6: Zadar

Today is at your leisure to enjoy this magnificent old town, dating from Roman times! We suggest sightseeing in Old Town, famous Sea Organ, and the Monument to the Sun. Afterwards you can take a walk towards The Cathedral of St. Anastasia and Church of St. Donatus, and the Museum of Antique Glass. You can also ask for Maraschino in a local store, enjoy a famous local grappa, or an incredible Croatian wine .

Expert tips

 Monument to the Sun  consists of three hundred, multi-layered glass plates placed on the same level as the stone-paved waterfront. It consists of a 22-meter diameter circle, with photovoltaic solar modules underneath. Lighting elements installed in a circle turn on at night, and produce a light show.

"The Sea organ (Croatian: Morske orgulje) is an architectural sound art object  and an experimental musical instrument, which plays music by way of sea waves and tubes located underneath a set of large marble steps.  It is located near the Monument to the Sun and the light and  music are syncronized.

Day 8: Split

SPLIT WITH OLIVE OIL TASTING

This sightseeing tour highlights the most amazing ancient features of Split, and offers a relaxing stroll through history. You will see famous sights like Diocletian’s Palace, Underground halls, the Cathedral, Vestibul, and Peristil. 

Then, discover one of the most famous Croatian products during an olive oil tasting at an olive oil bar. The extra virgin olive oil here is known as the island’s green gold, and it's famed for its subtle flavor and distinct piquant taste.  Ancient Greeks sailed to the island of Hvar some 2400 years ago and planted vines and olive trees.  This is when the cultivation of olive trees and grapes spread across Dalmatia and greatly influenced the local cuisine.

Day 9: Hvar

The personnel of your hotel will direct you to Split Harbor where your skipper will be waiting for you. Speedboat transfer from Split to Hvar.

Day 10: Hvar

You will meet your professional personal guide at the lobby of your Hotel. This sublime half-day program visits 2 of Hvar's most celebrated wineries. A wonderful time, spend 4.5h on an Island  tour discovering some of the great Croatian wines.

Day 11: Hvar

Today you will go to Malo Grablje, located just 5km from Hvar square. In Malo Grablje you will meet your host Mr. Berti Tudor, the only resident left in this abandoned village. In one of his gardens you will have the opportunity to pick some of the necessary ingredients to prepare your meal. Some of the ingredients include rosemary, basil, onions, and garlic. Mister Berti will use this opportunity to show you the village which was completely abandoned from 1950's when golden tourism rush hit its residents and forced them to move closer to the sea to a village of Milna. After you have picked up all necessary ingredients you will move to Berti's family house where he will teach you how to prepare your own lunch or dinner. Your meal will be prepared in a traditional island way including a couple of cooking tricks which Berti will gladly reveal. 

Day 12: Dubrovnik

The personnel of your hotel will direct you to Hvar Harbor where your skipper will be waiting for you. Upon boarding on your speedboat transfer from Hvar to Split. Upon arrival in Split harbor you will meet your personal driver for transfer to Dubrovnik. You will take a break on Peljesac peninsula in a lovely charming fishing town of Ston, famous for the longest city walls in Europe. Lunch reservations in fine restaurant. Before or after lunch you will enjoy oyster tasting on a boat with a local fisherman.

Day 13: Dubrovnik

The Taste of Dubrovnik tour will take you on five stops at different eno-gastro points, all with a goal of illustrating local traditions, typical regional ingredients and contemporary views of historic specialties. During this tour, you will learn more about the most famous sites in Dubrovnik, beginning with some basic info on the city, followed by visits to the mentioned monuments and restaurants on the way, including a tasting of three signature wines, from three different regions of the south of Croatia.

Day 14: Dubrovnik

Today, you will take a cable car to the top of Srd hill. Upon arrival your instructor will be waiting for you for your buggy safari tour. Prepare to be amazed by spectacular views and wilderness 5 minutes from the Old town of Dubrovnik. After the tour introduction, start your engines and get off the beaten track in our 2-seater buggies. You will have the opportunity to see parts of Dubrovnik’s surroundings rarely seen by visitors to the city. In this 1-hour expedition you will have opportunity to explore the Imperial Fortress, War museum or simply enjoy the views of Dubrovnik on the terrace of one of the most amazing belvederes in Croatia.
