Arrive at OR Tambo Intl airport from international flight.
After clearing customs and immigration, make your way across to the Intercontinental Hotel.
Spend 2 nights.
After breakfast, Chase will meet you in the foyer of the Intercontinental hotel.
Walk across to terminal B departures and check-in for Airlink 4Z494 to Victoria Falls at 11h40.
Land Victoria Falls at 13h20. Clear customs and immigration before checking in for our light aircraft transfer to Linkwasha departing at 14h30.
We will be collected from the airstrip by our guide and taken to Linkwasha Camp.
Spend 3 nights at Linkwasha camp.
Our main focus at Linkwasha will be on elephants. The hide in front of the camp offers a spectacular opportunity to get up close and personal with the animals that come down to drink at the waterhole. This offers an incredible photographic experience.
- Bring a wide angle lens for the hide.
- Linkwasha can get extremely cold in the early morning and evening drives.
After our morning activity and breakfast, we will head to Linkwasha airstrip. We will fly to Mana Pools. On landing, we will be met by our guide and taken to Ruckomechi camp.
We will spend 3 nights at Ruckomechi camp exploring the lower Zambezi on foot, vehicle and canoe!
- Bring some comfortable walking shoes and a good hat.
After our morning activity and breakfast, we will depart Ruckomechi for Mana Pools airstrip. We will fly to Victoria Falls. We will be met by a driver and taken to Matetsi.
Spend 2 nights at Matetsi where we will have time to view the mighty Victoria Falls. We will be able to do boating on the river as well as game drives.
- The idea here will be to rest up a bit before heading to Botswana.
- Make use of the spa and enjoy the incredible rooms.
After breakfast we will meet our driver and take a road transfer to Kasane Intl airport in Botswana. This will require a border crossing where we will clear customs and immigration out of Zimbabwe and into Botswana.
We will then fly from Kasane Intl airport - Chobe airstrip. Our guide will collect us and drive us to Savuti Camp.
Spend 3 nights exploring the Linyanti and Savuti channel. This is a prolific game viewing area where we should hopefully get lucky in finding some cats.
After our morning activity, we will head to the chobe airstrip. We will fly from Chobe - Qorokwe.
Spend 3 nights at Qorokwe exploring the southern corner of the Okavango Delta. This is an incredible wildlife viewing area with a great chance of seeing good predator action!
After our morning activity and breakfast, we will head for the Qorokwe airstrip. Fly from Qorokwe to Maun.
We will check-in for our Airlink flight 4Z301 to Johannesburg.
Land at Johannesburg at 16h30.
Check-in for your international flight home.
