After a great breakfast, we recommend discovering the Ziller Valley on your first day.
The Zillergrund tributary valley is the most eastern of the four side valleys. Zillergrund is 25 kilometers long and stretches from the Italian border to the town of Mayrhofen. The area at the end of Zillergrund is known as Zillergründl, home to the Zillergrund reservoir. The valley starts at Heiliggeistjöchl and turns into a readily accessible and forested gorge near Mayrhofen.Zillergrund is a low-traffic valley because access by cars is limited. Trucks are not allowed in the valley in the summer months. This makes the valley a popular destination among hikers.
Please ask for hiking or E-bike tours and a famous Austrian " Brettljause" ( hearty cold platter) on one of the mountain restaurants where you can enjoy the famous " Hüttengaudi" (lodge fun) and the Austrian way of life with music, and delicious food an drinks.

After a great breakfast in your hotel, we suggest driving to Wattens and discover the famous Swarowski Kristallwelten. Enter Swarovski Kristallwelten, an underground museum, through a hole in the hillside and step inside a massive crystalline theater. This attraction was created in 1995 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Swarovski crystal company. Designed by multimedia artist Andre Heller, the crystal museum encompasses art, music, dance, and literature into one overwhelming experience. "The Giant," a face landscaped on the hillside with crystals for eyes and a water fountain for a mouth, greets you as you approach the entrance of the museum.
After this highlight, we recommend driving to Innsbruck.
Go back in time at Altstadt von Innsbruck to discover how numerous Habsburg rulers bestowed imperial splendor on the town. Start from the riverside and walk through small alleys alongside colorful old houses. See some of the architectural gems from the Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Neoclassical periods, such as the Golden Roof and the Cathedral of St. James. Taste the local beer or the authentic Tyrolean food at one of the many restaurants with a view of the Alps. Stroll through the Hofgarten, a park located on the edge of the Old Town.
In the evening you enjoy your dinner in the hotel.

At the foot of the Alps, less than a 1,5 hour's drive from Mayrhofen waits a unique bavarian holiday destination for you to be discovered. Join on a day trip to the sights at the Tegernsee, one of the most popular recreation areas in Bavaria.
Start the visit with a Boat trip on Lake Tegernsee and discover the wonderful region. After the trip, we suggest lunch in the famous Bräustüberl. Connoisseurs of the Bavarian lifestyle know it all too well: You can't get around the "Bräustüberl Tegernsee easily. Why should they? Here, the best roast pork and also a fresh-brewed Tegernseer beer are about to test. You just can't miss that. The menu is therefore not only extensive but also hearty-Bavarian - and thus for more than 330 years. This is where the young and old, locals and strangers, celebrity and normal-mortal meet for a rapid retreat or a cozy gathering for several hours. They all have one thing in common: the taste of good food. Anyone who has been in the Tegernsee-Bräustüberl, at the end you'll roll out of the parlour - and: you'll always come back. This is as certain as the gospel truth.
In the afternoon we recommend the " Wallenberg". No matter if summer or winter - the Wallenberg's (1,722 m) is always worth a trip. Surrounded by the Karwendel you have the holiday region Tegernsee at your feet. In just 13 minutes you can reach with the "Wallbergbahn" the mountain station at 1,620 m altitude. Also shopping and a free afternoon in Tegernsee is possible.
With a lot of impressions, you will drive back to Mayrhofen where you enjoy dinner in the hotel.

After enjoying breakfast in the hotel we suggest a tour to the famous Krimml Waterfalls.
The particularly impressive location at the entrance to the valley, the vast volumes of water, and an extraordinary waterfall height of 380m over three stages make the Krimml Waterfalls an impressive natural spectacle.
They are also the world’s fifth-highest waterfalls. Join the waterfall trail and reach the lowest waterfall on foot in 10-15 minutes. From there the serpentine Waterfall Trail leads up to the uppermost waterfall (approx. 1.15 hours on foot) and further to the Krimml Ache Valley. Observation platforms thereby provide spectacular views of the thunderous volumes of water of the Krimml Waterfalls.
With these great impressions in your mind, enjoy your lunch in Krimml or one of the cozy villages nearby.
