Reisen er basert på Lufthansa via Frankfurt til Mexico City. Ved ankomst Mexico City vil dere bli møtt og det er reservert transport til hotellet i  sentrum av Mexico City (normalt i den bydelen som heter  Zona Roose hvor dere finner en rekke utesteder og restauranter).

Frokost og transfer tilbake til flyplassen for avreise til Baja California og Cabo San Lucas. ved ankomst er det reservert transport til Hotel Tesoro.  Avreise til Socorro  er tidlig om  morgenen og det er ingen flyforbindelse fra Norge som tar dere til Cabo San Lucas i tide for avgang Socorro Aggressor dagen etter.

Nyt dagen i solen og ta del i den livlige utelivet i Cabo San Lucas, lekegrind for mange studenter fra USA.

Frokost på hotellet. Dere blir hentet 08:45 for den korte transfer til havnen hvor dere vil gå ombord på Socorro Aggressor for dykkecruiset til Socorro Islands (egentlig navn Reviggelados).

Nå følger følgende planlagt reiseplan for Socorro Aggressor

Socorro Itinerary: 8 Night Adventures

• Day 1 - Pick up begins at 8.45 am at host hotels in San José del Cabo for transfer. All guests must be  onboard by 10:00 am for the departure to Socorro.  The travel time is 24-27 hrs.
• Day 2 - Arrive to Socorro around 10 am, 2-3 dives
• Day 3 - Up to 4 dives
• Day 4 - Up to 4 dives
• Day 5 - Up to 4 dives
• Day 6 - Up to 4 dives
• Day 7 - Up to 4 dives, the yacht departs that evening and travels back
• Day 8 - Arrival at approximately 8 pm
• Day 9 - 8 am - after breakfast the shuttle will transfer all guests to the San Jose del Cabo Airport.

Park regulations may limit operations to three dives per day when the park is at full capacity.

Sample itineraries and maps are for illustrative purposes only. The exact route and sites visited are subject to change based on local regulations, guest experience, weather and logistics, and is at the Captain’s discretion.

DAY 4-8 DIVING THE SOCORRO ISLANDS

Over five full dive days you will be able to experience some of our favourite sites such as El Canyon, the Boiler, Red Rocks, Roca Partida, Cabo Pearse, Punta Tosca and Roca Oneal.

We know that many of our guests want the option of as many dives as possible and we strive to offer an average of 4 dives a day, other than the day that we do our mandatory check-in at the local navy base when you will likely have the option of 3 dives plus our world-famous silky shark night snorkel.

DIVING -  The staff of the Socorro Aggressor, with their unique combination of talents, offers the ultimate service. While onboard, you may pick a buddy of your choice, or dive with one of the staff members. Night diving is not allowed by the Marine Park regulations. In between dives, you may relax with a cold (non-alcoholic) drink and mid-morning/mid-afternoon snack. It is mandatory to have with you a travel and dive insurance policy that includes all expenses for evacuation, treatment etc. should you need it. Remember that the diving areas at Revillagigedo Islands require certain experience particularly in regards of buoyancy control. It is mandatory to bring with you a safety device such as an inflatable sausage.

DIVING SUPERVISION - You’ve chosen a liveaboard vacation for the diving freedom that it offers. While in the water, you and your buddy are in charge. Every dive starts with a dive briefing from the yacht staff. However, as a certified diver, you and your buddy are responsible for planning and conducting your own dives within the limitations set forth by the briefing. The staff will be on the dive deck providing surface support for divers. They will also have staff in the water offering support, u/w photography and videography, and critter spotting services as well. On some dive sites a staff member will offer to lead a group and assist them in locating specific points of interest. However, the yacht does not offer direct supervision of dives. If you start out with a group, as long as you and your buddy remain in contact with each other and are ok – you may follow your own dive plan. Divers who desire more personal attention and structured/supervised dives should consider taking one of the yachts numerous specialty courses. When the weather is really good and the seas are calm, certain dive sites like Roca Partida might become crowded with 3 or 4 dive boats in which case park regulations restrict us to offering 3 dives maximum that day.

The number of dives on offer is subject to weather, the whims of Mother Ocean, and crowding by other diveboats. Of course, it’s always your option to find a nice quiet place to relax with a book, have a nice snooze, or maybe have a splash in our sparkling clear hot tubs.

Cruise ends in Cabo San Lucas after breakfast at 8 am. You have until around noon when you have a transfer to the airport (maybe a lunch at the waterfront?)

Flight to Mexico City and a few hours wait until you depart late at night on Lufthansa back to Oslo (other airlines, routes etc might be possible as flights can only be booked around 330 days prior to the flight so we will keep an eye on options.
