Welcome to Johannesburg, we trust you had a safe and pleasant flight. Please ensure you have everything before you disembark the aircraft. Our airport representative will meet you immediately off the plane and assist you through immigration, with luggage collection and guide you to your hotel which is located within the airport terminal just 5 - 10 minutes walk.
Check in and spend one night at City Lodge OR Tambo with breakfast included.
We recommend you have dinner at Quills restaurant, located in the Intercontinental Hotel across the road from where you are staying as the food service at City Lodge is not full meals
Walking Directions: Terminal A arrivals to City Lodge
Exit through the glass doors and turn left. Continue to the elevators or the lift and go up one floor. As you exit the elevators, walk towards the atrium and follow the path to the left, and follow the ramp towards Car Park 2. Continue up the ramp walking to the left of the pillars (escalators will be on your right) and walk all the way to the end of the corridor. There will be lifts to your right. The two lifts on the left with wood panelling will take you to the City Lodge reception.
After breakfast, it's time to check out. Please make your own way back to Johannesburg International Airport terminal A in time to check in and catch your scheduled flight to Nairobi.
Arrive into Nairobi where you may have a few hours transit before proceeding to catch the scheduled flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport.
Arrive into Kilimanjaro Airport clear immigration, collect your bags, and proceed via customs to the arrivals hall. Here, you will be met by a private driver from the resort who will assist you to the waiting vehicle. Transfer by road to your accommodation.
On arrival at Machweo Wellness Retreat & Fine Dining, check in and spend 1 night in a standard double room with meals, tea and coffee included.
After an early breakfast, please check out and be ready at the time agreed with you locally the evening before.
Meet a driver who will transfer you to Arusha Airport in time to check in and catch the scheduled flight Arusha to Manyara.
On arrival into Manyara airstrip, disembark, collect your bags, and meet an &Beyond driver who will transfer you to your accommodation.
On arrival at Lake Manyara Tree Lodge, check in and spend 2 nights in a treehouse with meals, local drinks, shared safari activities, park fees and laundry included. Enjoy your first afternoon safari in Africa.

After breakfast, check out and be ready at the agreed time for your road transfer by an &Beyond staff member to Manyara airstrip.
Here, you will change vehicles and meet a Nomad safari guide who will transfer you and fellow guests to camp where you will arrive in time to enjoy lunch at Entamanu Ngorongoro.
On arrival at Entamanu Ngorongoro, check in and spend 2 nights in a standard room with meals, local drinks, park fees, safari activities and laundry included.
You will spend your days exploring the Ngorongoro Crater floor game viewing and enjoying picnic lunch along the way.
After breakfast, check out and be ready at the agreed time. Transfer with a Nomad guide to the Manyara airstrip. Here, catch the schedule flight Manyara to Seronera Airstrip.

Disembark and collect your main bags before heading to the arrivals hall.
Shoud you have a few hours lay over, we can book a day room at KIA Lodge for a few hours to ensure your comfort.
Otherwise check in and catch the scheduled flight departing to Nairobi.
On arrival into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, disembark and head through transit for your onward flight, to Johannesburg.
On arrival into Johannesburg,clear immigration and collect your bags. Walk through the terminal to City Lodge O.R Tambo and check into a standard double room with breakfast included.
Enjoy breakfast and a leisurely morning. It's then time to make your own way to the Johannesburg International Airport terminal in time for your onward flight home.
