SAN DIEGO - Spring Break with Kat Lyons

DAY 1

Arrive in San Diego and make your way to the hotel.    We chose a fun vibrant hotel for this weekend that will not disappoint.  MARGARITAVILLE... Don't worry they do alcohol-free margaritas.  With their fun vibe, we think it's the perfect setting!

Meet your host Kat Lyons in the lobby at 4:00 pm!

First stop Three Three Seven! https://www.instagram.com/_three_three_seven/ They are known for their Mocktail Mondays... But heck it's Thursday and we are from out of town so let's pretend it's Monday and have a welcome drink and scope out their menu.

7:00 our San Diego Ghost Tour begins!  Hear spine-tingling stories about San Diego’s history and infamous residents during a ghost tour led by an entertaining guide. Visit five locations with supernatural tales behind their facades, and learn why San Diego is known as one of the most haunted cities in the west.

DAY 2

With a GoCar tour!

Explore San Diego’s Downtown and Old Town sights in a fun and fast-paced way—on a self-drive GoCar tour. This sightseeing adventure takes the stress out of reading a map, as the car talks and shows you the way with its built-in GPS. Enjoy hearing stories as you explore the city’s most popular areas, including Old Town, Little Italy, Balboa Park, Downtown and the Gaslamp Quarter.

Once the tour is over we head back to Old Town to do a more in-depth exploration of the area.

Lunch is at leisure

Dinner Cooking Lesson at Casa Guadalajara - they will have dancing and live music tonight!

DAY 3

Little Italy Farmers market is open from 8 am - 2 pm

Let's head over at roughly 9 am so we can enjoy the afternoon at the La Jolla

Kayak out into the reserve with your guides, who will lead the group to the best snorkeling spot on that day. One of your guides will drop anchor, secure your kayaks, and lead you snorkeling in the reserve, pointing out the marine life as you go.  Explore the area around the Seven Caves, set within a sea cliff, six of them only being accessible by kayak. Here, have the chance to swim with La Jolla’s best such as sea lions, garibaldi, bat rays, shovel nose guitar fish, and even dolphins and sea turtles, if you’re lucky.

Dinner location will be determined by the group.  What an action-filled full sensory couple of days!  Lots of memories to discuss for the final meal together.

DAY 4

Make your own way to the airport.
