SG024-5 Day Chobe & Okavango Delta

Upon your arrival into Kasane, you will be transfered to your lodge for the next two nights, situated on the banks of the Chobe River.

Chobe Game Lodge is an elegant, five-star, fully Ecotourism-certified safari lodge and the only property located inside the world-renowned Chobe National Park and set on the banks of the famous Chobe River.

Home to the largest concentration of elephants, the Chobe National Park is one of the world’s leading wildlife destinations. The famous Chobe River, which forms the park’s northern boundary, provides a permanent source of water for the region’s high volume of wildlife, making the river an important focal point for safari enthusiasts.

Enjoy the diversity of the region’s abundant wildlife on guided 4WD game drives and take in the beauty of the famous Chobe River on a boat safari while witnessing massive herds of animals and prolific birdlife along the riverfront.

Activities offered at Chobe Game Lodge include morning and afternoon game drives; mid-morning and late-afternoon boat safaris; back of house eco-tours and Chobe cultural exploration trips (four-night stay only). Chobe Game Lodge is fully inclusive, so you are welcome to do as little or as much as you please.

After breakfast you will be transferred to the Kasane Airport for your chartered flight to Machaba Camp.

Machaba Camp is situated in the game rich Khwai area. The Khwai Concession is a 35 000 hectare reserve situated in the north eastern Okavango adjacent to the Moremi Game Reserve.

Spend the day partaking in some of the activities on offer at the lodge.  Included in the rates are the following:

• Morning & Evening Game Drives
• Year round water activities, with dug out canoes (mekoro) water level dependent.
• Walking (guide dependent)
• Game-viewing from the comfort of your own tent
• Relax at the pool, with wonderful views over the Khwai river
• Catch up on some reading, with our large selection of reading material
• Visits to the local community

Spa Therapist is available at an additional cost – treatments include massages and facials done in guests rooms

After breakfast and the morning activity you will be taken to the nearest airstrip for your charter flight to Maun Airport, where your tour comes to an end.
