Nairobi Half-Day Coffee Plantation Tour

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel before being picked up at 09:00 hrs. You’ll be driven to the picturesque outskirts of Nairobi, nestled in the heart of the Central Kenya Highlands, where you’ll experience a guided tour of a working coffee farm.

Tour Sessions: Daily sessions are available between 10:00 hrs and 12:00 hrs.

This tour offers an immersive journey into the world of coffee, from seed to cup. It’s a unique opportunity to explore the fascinating process behind this beloved beverage. Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel, followed by check-out at 7:30 am. Board your 4x4WD safari land cruiser and set off on an exciting drive to Amboseli National Park.

Arrive at your lodge just in time for a delightful lunch, giving you a chance to relax before the adventure continues.

In the afternoon, embark on thrilling game drives through Amboseli’s diverse landscapes, renowned for its abundant wildlife and large elephant herds. As you explore until dusk, keep an eye out for lions, cheetahs, buffalo, and more.

Nestled at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s tallest mountain, Amboseli offers breathtaking views. On clear days, marvel at the stunning snow-capped peak—a truly iconic African scene.

Day 6 - Amboseli to Lake Naivasha
 

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the lodge before check-out by 7:30 am. Board your 4x4WD safari land cruiser and embark on the scenic drive to Lake Naivasha.

Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy a delicious lunch. The afternoon is at your leisure, giving you time to relax in the lodge’s well-manicured lawns while observing the diverse resident wildlife. Watch for giraffes, colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, waterbucks, zebras, and various bird species that call this area home.

Later in the afternoon, you will be driven to the Jetty, where you’ll board a boat for a scenic ride around Lake Naivasha. This boat excursion offers the chance to get closer to the lake’s abundant wildlife, including hippos and a variety of water birds.

End the day with a relaxing evening before your overnight stay at the lodge.

Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara
 

Start the day with a delicious breakfast at your resort before check-out at 7:30 am. Board your vehicle and enjoy the scenic drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve.

Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy a fulfilling lunch. After settling in, you’ll head out for your first game drive in the Masai Mara at 4:00 pm.

Masai Mara is renowned as one of the world’s premier wildlife reserves, home to over 95 mammal species and 450 bird species. The park is most famous for being part of the Great Migration route and offers excellent chances to spot the Big 5—lion, buffalo, leopard, elephant, and rhino—in their natural habitat. This first game drive will introduce you to the breathtaking wildlife of the Mara, setting the stage for unforgettable safari adventures ahead.

Masai Mara Safari Adventure

Spend the day immersed in the wild beauty of the Masai Mara Reserve, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Your exclusive safari jeep will be at your disposal for thrilling game drives throughout the vast reserve.

Be on the lookout for an impressive array of wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, zebras, spotted hyenas, Masai giraffes, elands, gazelles, hippos, leopards, black rhinos, and many other fascinating species. The Mara is not only home to the Big Five, but also a diverse range of predators, scavengers, and plains game, making it a paradise for wildlife enthusiasts.

The Masai Mara is also famous for its breathtaking wildlife spectacle—the annual wildebeest migration, which takes place every year between July and October. During this time, over 1.2 million wildebeest, along with 400,000 zebras and antelopes, cross from Tanzania’s Serengeti in search of greener pastures.

This incredible natural phenomenon draws predators from across the reserve, creating one of the most exhilarating and unforgettable wildlife experiences in the world.

Game Drive & Masai Village Visit

Depending on the wildlife migration patterns and weather conditions, you’ll have the option of early morning or afternoon game drives to explore more of the incredible wildlife in the Masai Mara. These thrilling drives will allow you to spot a variety of animals, from the majestic Big Five to elusive predators and diverse plains game.

In the afternoon, around 4:00 pm, you’ll visit a traditional Masai Manyatta (homestead) for a fascinating cultural experience. Learn about the rich, unique traditions of the Masai people, a nomadic pastoralist tribe that shares its land with the wildlife of the Masai Mara. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a traditional performance from the warriors (Morans), who will engage in an energetic dancing competition, followed by a song from the Masai women.

You’ll then be guided through the manyatta, where you’ll meet family members and discover age-old traditions. Depending on the day, you might learn skills such as traditional fire-lighting, hut building with cow dung, and cow milking. To complete your experience, you can visit the curio shop, where you can purchase authentic Masai souvenirs to take home.

Optional Activities:
For a truly unique experience, you can book an optional early morning hot air balloon flight (from US$465 to US$520 per person, depending on the company). Soar over the expansive Masai Mara plains, enjoying breathtaking views of the wildlife below.

Masai Mara to Nairobi
 

After a hearty breakfast at your camp, enjoy a leisurely check-out by 9:00 am. You’ll be driven back to Nairobi, passing through beautiful landscapes on the way.

Upon arrival in Nairobi, check in at your hotel, where you can relax and unwind. The afternoon is at your leisure, giving you time to explore the city, rest, or enjoy hotel amenities.

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense, allowing you to choose from a variety of local or international dining options.

Departure

Enjoy a final breakfast at your hotel between 6:30 am and 10:00 am. Afterward, check out of your room by 11:00 am.

You will be picked up and transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, ensuring you arrive in time for your outbound international flight.
