Days 1 - 3: Chyulu Hills National Park

  • On arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by a driver who will transfer you by private vehicle to Wilson Airport, the domestic flying hub. Fly from here to the Chyulu Hills, 55 minutes away.
  • Between Tsavo West and Amboseli, the Chyulu Hills National Park is one of Kenya’s least developed national parks. It is a unique habitat that features vast grass plains, forested rolling hills, and rugged volcanic craters set against the iconic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.
  • A guide from the lodge will meet you at the airstrip and game drive you back to camp, where you can enjoy lunch and relax in the comfort of your tent. In the mid-afternoon, set off on your first game drive to explore this beautiful landscape.
  • Experience the thrill of morning and afternoon safari activities in the beautiful Chyulu Hills. Choose from activities such as guided bush walks, shared game drives, extinct lava tube exploration, Maasai village visits, horse riding, and excellent bird watching.
  • This safari is a wildlife lover’s paradise with the chance to see elephant, eland, leopards, bush pig, reedbuck, buffalo, and giraffe up close.

Days 4 - 6: Masai Mara National Reserve

  • This morning, after your final breakfast in camp, you will be driven to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi. You will connect with your onward flight to the Masai Mara on arrival.
  • A guide from the camp will meet you at the airstrip and then game-drive you back to camp, offering the perfect introduction to the vast savannah plains and stopping to watch any wildlife you encounter along the way.
  • Settle into your comfortable accommodation and enjoy a delicious lunch and relaxing time. After afternoon tea and delicious cake, head off on a game drive to search for big cats and other captivating wildlife.
  • Enjoy your camp’s shared morning and afternoon activities and explore the Masai Mara with an experienced guide. The area is home to a magnificent variety of wildlife, including good populations of lion, leopard, cheetah, herds of elephant and buffalo, and much more.
  • Spend your safari days on game drives, walking safaris, or cultural visits to the local Maasai communities.
