Day 1: Bangkok

Arrival at Bangkok airport. Meet and greet by your guide and transfer to the hotel. Free time to check-in at the hotel according to availability (normally the rooms are available from 14: 00 h). Accommodation in a hotel.

Day 2: Bangkok

After breakfast, visit three of the most unusual Buddhist temples starting at Wat Traimit. Located on the edge of Chinatown on Yaowarat Road, near the Hualampong railway station, Wat Traimit is home to the world's largest solid gold Buddha, measuring nearly five meters high with a weight of five tons and a half. Then, the tour will continue towards Wat Pho, Bangkok's largest temple, the Temple of the enormous reclining Buddha and the Chedis of Kings. This is located behind the Temple of the Buda.Es one of the major temples of the city and famous for its huge reclining Buddha measuring 46 metres long and is covered with gold. Then, visit the Royal Palace, which is, without a doubt, the most famous landmark of the city. Built in 1782, and for 150 years the home of the King of Thailand, the Royal Court and the administrative seat of Government, the Grand Palace in Bangkok is an ancient building that continues to impress its visitors with its beautiful architecture and details. Within the complex, there is Wat Phra Kaew or the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (officially known as Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram), considered the most important Buddhist temple in Thailand, it consecrates a very revered Buddha image meticulously carved from a single block of jade. Day 3: Phitsanulok

After breakfast, departure from the hotel to Ayuthaya, ancient capital of the country, to visit their wonderful temples including Wat Chaiwathanaram and Wat Mahathat.Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon departure towards Lopburi, visit the Temple of the monkeys, Prang Sam Yod (the sacred Pagoda) and the ruins of Wat Phra Sri Ratana Mahathat.Continue to Phitsanulok. Dinner at hotel.

Day 4: Chiang Rai

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from the hotel and a visit to the temple Wat Phra Sri Ratana Mahathat, the most sacred in Phitsanulok.It continues towards the historical Park of Sukhothai, declared a Cultural patrimony of humanity by UNESCO. There is a walk-in bicycle Garden among the ruins and lagoons. From here you can see one of the most important icons, the great Buddha white of Wat Sri Chum. Lunch at a local restaurant. Proceed to Chiang Rai, on the road is a stop in Payao Lake. Dinner at hotel

Day 5: Chiang Rai

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, a visit to Mae Chan, formerly the Center of Silver Work, later converted into a centre of trade between the tribes of Yao and Akha where it is possible to see members of the various ethnic groups. Media Almuerzo. A morning ride on the Mekong River in a traditional Thai boat. This River serves as a natural border between Myanmar (ex-Burma), Laos, and Thailand. Cross the River to the town of Don Xao which is located on the side of the Laotian border. Visit the House of the Opium. Dinner at hotel.

Day 6: Chiang Mai

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from your hotel to the pier and traditional boat visit to the villages of ethnic Karen, Lahu (Muser) along the Kok River.Visit to Wat Rong Khun, the famous white Temple. Departure from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai by road (3 hrs).Lunch en route at a local restaurant. Arrival in Chiang Mai, in the afternoon, visit to the temple better known city, Wat Doi Suthep, located on top of a small hill at 15 Kms to the Northwest.Transfer and check in at the hotel. Khantoke, dinner with food and typical dances from the North of Thailand hotel accommodation.

Day 7: Chiang Mai

Breakfast at hotel. Departure and visit to the Centre of training of elephants, possibility to ride on back of elephants (optional).Visit the village Karen of the famous Jirafas.Almuerzo women on the farm of orchids.By the afternoon visit to the area of Sankampaeng handicraft factories. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: End of Itinerary

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport from Chiang Mai and exit on the flight for onward flight.
