On arrival into Doha International Airport catch your connecting flight departing to Kigali.
Welcome to Rwanda!
On arrival into Kigali disembark, clear immigration, collect your bags and proceed through customs to the arrivals hall. Here, you will be warmly welcomed by your English speaking Rwandan private guide (holding a sign board with your name). Your guide will assist you with luggage to the 4x4 vehicle. Transfer to your overnight accommodation.
On arrival at Hotel Des Mille Collines, check in and spend 1 night in a classic double room with meals included.
After breakfast its time to check out. Please be ready in reception at the agreed time and meet your guide and driver (times will be confirmed with your guide during the briefing the day prior). Enjoy a morning city tour and visit to the Genocide Memorial. In the afternoon depart to the Parc National des Volcans, home of the Rwanda Mountain Gorilla's.
On arrival at Gorilla Mountain View Lodge, check in and spend 2 nights in a double stone cottage with all meals included.
Enjoy the experience of the Gorilla Trekking.
Gorilla Trekking tips:
In the morning, wake early and enjoy a substantial breakfast before heading off at the agreed time with your guide to the Ranger's office in Volcanoes National Park. We recommend you take a small backpack with water, snacks, camera, garden gloves and waterproof jacket.
Please note: Along the way, it is important to communicate with your guide what style of hike you prefer - short, medium or challenging. Your guide will then liaise with the national park team and negotiate you into the most relevant group. It is essential that you let your driver/guide know your preferences before you arrive at the Ranger's office.
After a safety briefing and climbing team allocations, you'll head off with your guide to the starting point of the trek. Enjoy the trek through fields, over the park fence and through rainforest in search of the gorilla family you've been allocated. You have 1 hour with the group and remember your bag will be left with the porters, only take your camera. This is for the safety of the group and gorillas.
Descend back down the mountain and meet your guide where he dropped you off. You'll drive to the information centre and it's here you get to collect your trek certificate before returning to the lodge for lunch.
After an early breakfast, head back to the mountains and enjoy your second Gorilla Trek.
After the trek, meet your guide and return to the lodge to freshen up and check out. You may have lunch either here or somewhere enroute or indeed in Kigali. That will depend on the time you get back from your trek. Liaise with your guide.
Head off back down the range to Kigali.

Meet your private guide at the agreed time and transfer by road to Kigali Airport. Here you will bid your guide good bye and head inside to check in and catch the scheduled light aircraft flight departing, to Kogatende Airstrip, Serengeti National Park. You will touch down at a town on Lake Victoria to clear immigration into Tanzania, paying for your visa (US$50 per person payable in cash - please have accurate notes as change may be an issue and cause delays). Continue onwards to Kogatende Airstrip.

Disembark the plane and collect your main bag from the hold. Meet a guide from camp who will assist you and fellow guests to the 4x4. Transfer to camp, game viewing along the way.
On arrival at Olakira Mobile Camp, check in and spend 3 nights in a classic safari tent with meals, local drinks, safari activities, park fees and laundry included.
Spend the days on safari enjoying morning and afternoon game drives with your guide and fellow guests in open sided 4x4 safari vehicle.
After breakfast, it's time to check out.
Transfer in 4x4 vehicle with your guide, game viewing along the way, to Kogatende airstrip. On arrival at the airstrip, bid your guide goodbye and catch the scheduled light aircraft flight departing to Seronera airstrip.
On arrival into Seronera airstrip, disembark and collect your bags. Here you will meet your guide from camp. Transfer in 4x4 safari vehicle with fellow guests and travel to Namiri Plains Camp, game viewing along the way.
On arrival at Namiri Plains Camp, check in and spend 2 nights in a classic safari tent with meals, local drinks, safari activities, park fees and laundry included.
On safari enjoying morning and afternoon game drives with your guide and fellow guests in open sided 4x4 safari vehicle.
After breakfast, it's time to check out and be ready at the agreed time.
Transfer in 4x4 vehicle with your guide, game viewing along the way, to Seronera airstrip. On arrival at the airstrip, bid your guide goodbye and catch the scheduled light aircraft flight to Lake Manyara airstrip.
On arrival into Manyara Airstrip , disembark and collect your bags. Here you will be meet by your guide and vehicle from camp. Transfer in 4x4 vehicle and travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
On arrival at The Highlands, check in and spend 2 nights in a luxury tented suite with meals, local drinks, safari activities, park fees and laundry included.
Upon arrival, you may have the opportunity to partake in a cultural village visit or Ol Moti hike.
After breakfast, it's time to check out. Please be ready at the agreed time and meet a driver who will transfer you and fellow guests to Lake Manyara airstrip.
On arrival at Manyara airstrip, catch the scheduled light aircraft flight departing to Kilimanjaro Airport.
On arrival into Kilimanjaro Airport , collect your luggage then proceed to check in and catch the scheduled flight departing to Doha. On arrival into Doha, proceed to International check in for your onward flight home.
