Upon arrival in Nairobi you will be greeted by your Live Life African Safari Getaways representative and transferred to your hotel for the evening.

This morning after breakfast you will be greeted by your Live Life African Safari Getaways guide and transferred to the breathtaking Amboseli National Park in the shadows of Mt Kilimanjaro.

Take in the "real" Africa as you drive from the bustling city of Nairobi through small towns & villages as you get the chance to witness the everyday life of Kenyan locals.

Arrive to Amboseli around lunch time and take a game drive to your safari camp getting your first glimpses of Africa's iconic wildlife.

After lunch have time to settle into your home for the next 2 nights before setting off on a game drive in the cooling afternoon.  A first full afternoon on safari in Amboseli will stay with you forever as you take in the natural beauty of your surroundings. Enjoy sunset and Mt Kilimanjaro fade into the darkness while sipping on your preferred drink, something you will soon learn to be known as your "sundowner"! 

Enjoy dinner and evening beverages around the firepit before retiring for the evening.

Wake up this morning after a night of hearing the sounds of Africa. As the sunrises, you will be woken with tea/coffee delivered to your tent which you would have requested the night before. Depart early in the morning on your game drive and with some luck have a chance to witness the regions predators still active after a night of hunting. As the morning warmth becomes evident wildlife will appear in search of water sources and create images that can only be found in these raw areas of Africa.

Return to camp for lunch and an afternoon at leisure.

This afternoon you embark on an afternoon game drive in search of wildlife that may have eluded you thus far. The image of Kilimanjaro with herds of wildlife strolling through its shadows never gets old, so choose to enjoy your "sundowner" here or overlooking a water source as Elephants and other wildlife enjoy a "sundowner of their own.

Return to camp for dinner and your last evening in Amboseli as you sit around the firepit gazing over the waterhole below or the clear night sky above.

Awake this morning to the sounds of the Red-chested Cuckoo and a gentle wake-up greeting of "Jambo" (hello in Swahili) from your Tea / Coffee delivery!

Enjoy breakfast before departing the camp morning on a game drive towards Tsavo West national park. Exiting Amboseli, you may feel that you are returning to Kenyan "civilization" briefly,  but just as  you wish to be back in the wild, you will begin traversing the rugged Chyulu Hills before entering Tsavo. This is truly one of Africa's wildest remaining regions and your time here will be nothing short of awesome!

Arriving at the luxurious Finch Hatton's you will say goodbye to your guide and be handed over to the hospitality of camp staff and guide from Finch Hattons.

Enjoy lunch overlooking the regions natural spring and water source for this area of Tsavo.

Relax in the comfort of your tented suite before enjoying an afternoon game drive in a completely different landscape and with possible views from a different angle of Mt Kilimanjaro.

Return for dinner and an evening at leisure in some of the many beautiful relaxing spaces.

Lala Salama (Sleep well in Swahili) as you fade to sleep to the sounds of the resident hippo!

The relaxing atmosphere of Finch Hattons camp might entice you for a day of relaxation or perhaps you are enticed by the possibility of being active in these surroundings. Game Drives are always an option  but you will also have the choice of, Nature walks, Spa Treatments, Yoga,  hikes up the Oldonyo Larami volcano and the Shetani Lava flow or a visit to the Mzima springs. Perhaps a day of relaxing at the pool is what you are after...

However you choose to spend your day, there is one thing that should never elude you and this is watching the African sun drop behind the Flat top Acacia trees as you sip on a beverage of your choice.

After a warm greeting and lunch, enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

You definitely want to make sure you are at the afternoon tea as you enjoy this colonial past time in the company of "special guests", the endangered Rothschilds Giraffe who you are sharing this beautiful estate with! Manor staff will assist you in making sure your time with these amazing creatures is safe and memorable.

Enjoy an evening at leisure in one of the many relaxing spaces in the Manor.

Its not everyday you wake up with the possibility of having a Giraffe "knocking" at your window! (Subject to room allocation)

Enjoy your morning coffee & tea in the company  of the Giraffes before they also join you for breakfast !

Depart this morning for Wilson airport for a small aircraft flight into one of Africa's most well known safari regions. The Masai Mara.

Flying into Angama Mara airstrip you will be greeted and transferred to the movie set of Karen Blixens book "Out of Africa". Angama Mara luxury tented camp is literally located on the very piece of land that much of this film was shot! Views over the whole of the Masai Mara and as far to the Serengeti, this is Africa's wildlife wonderland. 

This afternoon enjoy a game drive in the Mara Triangle before returning for dinner and an evening around the firepit at eye level with the starry skies!

As the sunrises over the Mara Triangle, brace yourself for a morning safari like no other. Cats, Cats and more Cats, the Masai Mara is known to have  the largest concentration of Lions than anywhere else on earth ! As you search for these BIG CATS you will be in the company of wildlife documentary crews who also after these same sightings! 

Return to your luxurious camp for lunch and time at leisure.

This afternoon set our once again on the open plains of this spectacular place. As the sun starts to dip behind the Oloololo escarpment you will make your way up the hill and return to the camp, not knowing what surprise you may see on your way out!

An amazing meal awaits you tonight.

This afternoon set our once again on the open plains of this spectacular place. As the sun starts to dip behind the Oloololo escarpment you will make your way up the hill and return to the camp, not knowing what surprise you may see on your way out!

After your morning safari activities enjoy your morning at leisure until departure to Nairobi. Upon arrival at Wilson airport you will be greeted by your Live Life African Safari Getaways representative and transferred to the Four Points hotel for time to freshen up before your departing flight.
