There are daily flights between Johannesburg and Kasane or alternatively you may want to start in Victoria Falls where we could arrange a road transfer from there to the lodge. Victoria Falls is well connected regionally so you may want to start with a couple of days there first before the safari in Botswana starts.
During your time here you will be able to do a combination of game drives into the nearby Chobe National Park and game viewing river cruises along the Chobe River. This is a very famous wildlife viewing area noted for its elephant populations but you should expect fewer of them at this time of year, however you will see some families enjoying the river front and a lot of other residents like hippos, buffalo, impala, warthogs, puku, wildebeest, kudu, waterbuck and even sable along with all the big territorial predators like lions, hyenas and leopards.

Today you fly from Kasane Airport right across the vast Chobe National Park before getting to the Okavango Delta. This flight will take about 1hr 45mins in a light aircraft. There is also a possibility the plane may have to go via other airstrips to drop and collect other guests before arriving at your camp.
You will be met at the airstrip and your game viewing in the area starts immediately with a game drive into camp.
During your time here you will be primarily focused on land based activities as this is generally a low water time of year for this area. So day and night game drives are the primary activities and if conditions allow you may also do a bush walk.
This is a private concession area so off road driving to enhance a sighting is allowed, can be very exciting following a pack of African Wild Dogs hunting or being able to follow a pride of lions hunting. A really good area and probably one of the most scenic areas of the Delta.

Today you have a short hop flight by light aircraft across parts of the Delta giving you a wonderful birds eye view of this very dynamic and complex ecosystem with all of its islands, grasslands and waterways. It will really give you a sense of how flat and vast this area is.
After landing you have a short game drive through to the camp where you can settle in and get ready for the next safari activity session.
During your time here you will be able to spend time on the waterways of the Delta itself - which could include Boat Cruises or Mekoro Rides in the shallow back waters. Added to this you will also be able to do day and night game drives and if conditions allow bush walks are also a possibility here.
This area and camp are well established as a great all round area for great wildlife and all of the safari activities you associate with the Okavango Delta. A great way to end your Bostwana Safari
