Lima invites discovery through its cuisine, where colours, aromas, and textures reflect the richness of its land and the pride of its people. In the company of celebrated chef Penélope Alzamora, stroll through her favourite local market to select the freshest ingredients, pausing to uncover hidden corners of Barranco and perhaps savour an organic coffee along the way. Back at her apartment, a pisco sour sets the tone for an intimate cooking class in which you will prepare ceviches and delicate tapas, learning the techniques that define Peruvian gastronomy. The experience concludes with a feast of your creations, enjoyed with sweeping views of Lima’s coast.
