Day 1: Cape Town

WELCOME TO THE MOTHER CITY!!!

Upon your arrival at Cape Town International Airport (flight to arrive before 13:00), you will be met  at international arrivals by your guide and will be taken to your hotel via private transfer. Time to relax and unwind before we head out for a late afternoon sunset exeperince. Your guide will meet you at the hotel foyer at 17:00 and transfer you to Table Mountain Cable Way to enjoy a sunset experience with a bottle of bubbly while enjoying the sun setting over the mother city.

Rest of evening at your leisure to enjoy Cape Town.

Activities and Services

Day 2: Cape Town

Wed. 27 Mar 2019

Enjoy a leisurly breakfast at the hotel. Your guide will meet you at 10:00 to transfer you to the Robben Island Ferry for your 11:00 am departure.  You will spend 3 hours on this World Heritage Site learning about the past whilst taking in the  views across Table Bay of Cape Town and Table Mountain. 

Upon return your guide will meet you and show you around the V & A Waterfront prior to transferring you back to your hotel. Afternoon at leisure. 

At 18:00 the guide will meet you at your hotel foyer for your transfer to the concert venue, the Cape Town Stadium.

*Please note that transfer back to the hotel is not included in this pacakge.

Day 3: Cape Town

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and depart at 09:30 with your guide for a Private Full Day Cape Point and Cape Peninsula Tour till 17:00.

Travel along the Atlantic Seaboard via Sea Point, Clifton and Camps Bay, to Hout Bay, a quaint village and fishing harbour with magnificent mountain views and beach. Continue via Chapman’s Peak, one of the world’s most breath-taking coastal drives, to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point which is perceived to be the meeting point of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. Go on to historic Simon’s Town, a village with charming Victorian architecture, a naval base and a large penguin colony at the beautiful Boulders Beach. Boulders Penguin Colony is home to a growing colony of the vulnerable African Penguin. Wooden walkways allow visitors to view the penguins in their natural habitat and there is also a new information centre.  A lunch stop is made nearby (lunch to own account).  End the day with a visit to the well-known Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens. The Garden includes five of South Africa’s six different biomes and is world-renowned for the beauty and diversity of the Cape Flora it displays as well as for the magnificence of its setting against the eastern slopes of Table Mountain.

Day 4: End of Itinerary

Enjoy breakafast at the hotel and check out of your hotel at 10:30. Your guide will meet you at the hotel foyer for a private tour of the Cape Winelands prior to dropping you off at  Cape Town International Airport. * Please note that that departure flights need to be booked for after 17:00.

Head off to the historic heart of South Africa's wine industry.  Enjoy some time in the bustling town of Stellenbosch where solid, white-plastered buildings arose and the streets were planted with oak trees, giving it the name Eikestad (Town of Oaks). Walk down the canal-lined avenues, in the shade of those now giant oak trees and the beautifully preserved historic buildings.  Stop in at one of the world-renowned estates for a wine tasting and tune into the soul of the region's winelands.
