Expert tips:
This is Carnival in Rio, our bus will have mineral water. So sit back and relax in case we get stuck in the traffic as "there is a Carnival Street Band blocking the road". Our drivers and Tour Managers will do their best as to find the best solution. Maybe a good idea can be step out of the bus and celebrate with the block. Our goals will be met anyway.
Do you play an instrument? Do you want to learn how to play a percussion instrument? This might be a great chance to practice!
This itinerary is just a suggestion. It can be changed anytime, according to clients needs!
According to clients budget, there are items that can be added to itinerary:

Day notes
We will depart hotel by bus and cross the city until Cinelândia district, downtown. where will board the VLT, Rio de Janeiro new Tramm System. At Cinelândia we will see the Municipal Theatre! We and will debark at Candelaria Station. And start our walk along Avenida Presidente Vargas on the Carnival Way. Here is where the beautiful samba schooll´s Carnival floats are parked (or in slow movement) getting inline for tonights parade! This is a unique experience. A unique perspective of Carnival in Rio de Janeiro!
We will then take the tram once again and visit the new port area where we will see Kobra´s Grafitti mural and Cais do Valongo, Unesco Heritage site!
We will walk Downtown and have lunch at one of its nice restaurants! Then we will depart from Restaurant and walk to Lapa for a Caipirinha at Escadaria Celaron. This is Carnival, there will be a lot going on!
Then we will visit a Favela, and have a Caipirinha at a Pub/Hostel from where we have a wonderful view into the city!
Today we will have lots of chances for "Carnival Encounters", Street Bands will be Everywhere! Before driving back to hotel we will have dinner at a nice local restaurant in Ipanema/Leblon Area!

Remember..: it is Carnival. We may have to change our itinerary due to a unexpected Carnival Street Band block! Alight and dance! It is Carnival in Rio!

Day notes
After Breakfast you will depart hotel crossing the city in one of its panoramic highways, we will reach Cosme Velho District and the train station to Corcovado Mountain. A beautiful, scenic ride to one of Rio icons! We will then get back to hotel to prepare for our great Evening.
Dinner at one of Rio de Janeiro typical Churrascaria for a delicious barbeque dinner!
Tonight we will see the greatest spectacle on earth: Rio de Janeiro Carnival, live, transmitted to the whole world! This is fantastic and one has to see it - at least - once in a l ife time! Our carnival structure is great. Our busses park in areas very comfortably close to your sector, so you dont have to walk much. On the way back our busses will be waiting for you on a pool basis, busses will depart whenever they are full or a samba schooll finishes
Expert tips:
Bring you camera with lots batery. You will take a lot of pictures, if you want!
Top Corcovado may be fresh in a non-sunny day. if that´s the case, you may feel like bringing a jacket or an extra shirt, just in case! Corcovado is located on Tijuca Forest Complex!.

AM At leisure
at 2 PM we will Leave hotel to Visit Sugar Loaf!
We will pass by São Conrado Beach, drive a beautiful scenic Avenue (Av.Niemeyer) along the coast (as much as we can, as some of the roads may be blocked - this is Carnival)!
and passs by Leblon, Ipanema and Copacabana beaches. We will then visit Sugar Loaf, by cable-car (ticket included). We will drive back to hotel crossing the heart of each of these districts. Carnival will affect our ways, we will have to be patient and celebrate! This will be pure fun!

Come ready to taste some of the best barbequed dishes in the world!
Take lots of pictures and enjoy the evening. It will be unforgetable.

Day notes
Our tour comes to an end! Our room has to be given back to hotel by noon time. Our guides will transfer you to airport for your flight back home! We hope you have enjoyed Carnival Cidade Maravilhosa!
