When you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by a representative and shown to the light aircraft which will take you to Lake Manyara. When you land at Lake Manyara, you will be met and transferred to your lodge for the next 2 nights. After you arrive, check in and relax before your first game drive. You have a night game drive included in your stay
Safari activities include shared game drives including a night drive and a scenic bicycle ride.
After your last morning safari activity and breakfast at Lake Manyara, you will be transferred to Ngorongoro Crater. The journey should take 2-3 hours depending on road conditions.
Today, you descend down into the crater for a 6-hour day game drive. The base of the crater has a dense population of game.
You will drive back to Lake Manyara Airstrip where you will catch your charter flight into the famous Serengeti Game Reserve. When you land, you will be picked up at the airstrip and transferred to your camp, Serengeti Under Camp for the next nights as you try to catch the migration.
Serengeti Under Canvas moves with the seasons, so depending on when you travel, you will stay at different locations in the Serengeti.
Game drive around the Serengeti, famous for having the densest population of animals in Africa and even more famous for the great wildebeest migration.
Depending what time you need to depart, you might have time for a last morning safari activity. You will then be transferred to the airstrip for your charter flight back to Kilimanjaro International Airport to connect with your flight home.
