On arrival clear immigration formalities and exit into the arrivals hall. Here you will be met and assisted with checking in for your light aircraft transfer to Chiefs Camp.
Please be aware that this transfer is on a seat-on-charter rate and as such you may stop at least twice to collect or drop off other passengers.
There is a also a strict luggage limit of 20kgs per person in total and all stowed luggage must be in soft-sided bags in order to easily fit into the aircraft hold.
We do also need to know if you are over 1.8m tall and/or over 100kgs as this will affect the type of aircraft that is allocated on the day.

Today you will be transferred back to the airstrip in time to board a scheduled light aircraft transfer to Camp Okavango.
The time of departure will be advised the night before, usually as a note on your pillow. The charter company arranges the time to maximise the usage of the aircraft and as such we cannot dictate the time of departure.
The airstrip is right next to the camp and your luggage will be taken to the room while you are checked in at the little lounge near the airstrip.
This camp does not offer any game drives at all. The focus is on the water with boat trips and mekoro trips as well as guided walking on the islands. At this time of year the birdlife will be extraordinary and the scenery quite dramatic as there will still be storms.
The rooms are magnificent with wonderful views and exceptional attention to detail.

Today you travel back to Maun on a scheduled light aircraft transfer. In Maun you will change aircraft and then continue to Jack's Camp in the Makgadikgadi.
You should see desert adapted wildlife that you will not have seen in the other two camps including brown hyena, bat-eared foxes, meerkats and oryx.
From here, you will do game drives, guided walks with Bushmen, the meerkat interaction etc.
