Your ultimate safari experience awaits you! 

Your adventure starts when boarding your flight to Hoedspruit (50 minute flight). (Flight depart Johannesburg at 11:30 and arrive in Hoedspruit at 12:25). Your driver will meet you upon arrival and transfer you to the lovely lodge where you will be staying for 3 nights.

Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive.  Dinner will be enjoyed at the lodge.

Gomo Gomo Game Lodge is a private and intimate camp situated in the prestigious Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, giving you best traverse viewing. The Klaserie now forms part of the Greater Kruger National Park with a common unfenced boundary.

Our traversing area is approximately 6000 hectares (14800 acres) of the reserves, offering guests varied landscapes with an excellent possibility of coming face to face with the Big 5 (lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant and rhino) and numerous other mammals and bird species in their natural habitat. 

Early morning, late afternoon and evening game drives are conducted in open 4x4 Land Rovers with qualified and experienced field rangers and trackers, ensuring an exciting and informative safari. An optional guided bush walk will open up the fascinating world of some of South Africa's intricate ecosystems with its varied fauna and flora.

After a final morning game drive and breakfast you check out of the lodge and enjoy a full day Panorama Route Tour en route to your lovely lodge where you will be staying for  2 nights.

Graskop and the southernmost point of the Blyde River Canyon takes you to some of the most spectacular scenery, with breathtaking views of the Blyde River Canyon, and out over the Lowveld. Along the edge of the escarpment we take you to spectacular views, including God's Window, Wonderview and the Three Rondawels. Along the route we visit the famous Bourkes Luck Potholes - cavities formed by thousands of years of water erosion at the confluence of the Blyde and Treur Rivers.

At lunch time the tour will stop back in Graskop so that you can have lunch at a restaurant (own account), and if time permits, can spend a while browsing in local shops and the outdoor markets. Street vendors sell an amazing variety of goods – from nuts and fruit to beaded necklaces and carved wooden animals. Near Graskop, where numerous waterfalls tumble down the mountains, we will visit the beautiful Berlin Falls and Lisbon Falls on the way back to Sabie and then White River.

Nestled amongst lush indigenous gardens on the banks of the Sabie River in Hazyview, Hippo Hollow has an "Out of Africa" feel about it, and leaves you feeling totally relaxed and refreshed.

Hippo Hollow offers stylish accommodation overlooking picturesque gardens, or the mighty Sabie River. Enjoy a variety of mouth-watering dishes, whilst watching the grazing of the Hippopotamus on the lawn against the backdrop of a sunset.

Dinner is included during your stay.

Enjoy the thrill of close encounters with the Majestic African Elephant! 

After breakfast you enjoy an Elephant Experience of a lifetime which will leave you with a renewed respect and admiration for these gentle giants of Africa.

HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDES:

* Explore the rough contours of the elephant’s wrinkled skin, stroke the velvety skin under their ears, and enjoy the breeze from the cool air being circulated when the elephant gently flap their ears.

* Have your photograph taken standing under the impressive six ton Tembo.

The rest of the day is at leisure to relax in the extensive gardens in a hammock by a pool or watch the hippos, crocodiles and other wildlife congregate at the river.

Dinner will be enjoyed at the lodge.

Say your last goodbyes!

After breakfast and check out you will be transferred to the Nelspruit Airport for your onward journey.
