Today depart on a full day tour of the Winelands. Here you get to taste the good life. The marriage of fine wine with appropriately fine food is an indescribable experience. You will enjoy wine tasting at two specially selected wine estates and lunch in the winelands. The perfect pairing of wine and food is achieved by the combined efforts of the wine maker and chef.
After the full day in the winelands, you will be transferred to Oude Werf Hotel.

Restaurant 1802 is regarded as one of the culinary landmarks in Stellenbosch. In 1982 the restaurant opened its doors and for decades has been regarded as one of the best in town. In addition to the extensive traditional menu, a variety of light meals is available, as well as Continental cuisine.

After breakfast depart to Prince Albert in the heart of the Karoo.
It is here that you will experience authentic traditional country cooking, uncovering the secrets of the South African outback as you embark on a cooking course.

There is such a wealth of traditional culinary heritage in the Great Karoo that has been passed down over centuries, some written down and some passed on through the oral tradition. Fascinating ingredients and combinations, most of which are virtually unknown or forgotten and age old cooking methods resuscitated for a culinary experience of a lifetime. Use local Prince Albert seasonal produce, including a range of fresh vegetables, fruit, herbs and of course the famous fragrant lamb to cook a colorful and delicious array of South African and Karoo dishes.
It is here that you will stay for two nights in the charming accommodations of African Relish, a combination of well-appointed and luxurious living space.
